I graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Person-Centred Counselling from the University of Warwick, where I valued the experiential focus of their distinguished program. Having completed over 500 hours of supervised counselling alongside numerous hours of personal therapy, I am committed to delivering the highest standard of personal therapy possible.
Recently qualifying as a mental health nurse means I bring a deeper understanding of mental health conditions, emotional wellbeing, and the challenges people face in daily life.
I came to counselling through my own positive experiences with therapy. I discovered the value of having dedicated time with someone who allowed me to discuss things I couldn’t share with anyone else, especially family and friends. I also appreciated the freedom to truly ‘be myself’ in the therapy room. This sense of openness and authenticity is reflected in the honest and supportive way I work with my clients.
My dual training allows me to combine the warmth and empathy of person-centred counselling with the knowledge and skills of a mental health professional, so you feel both supported and safe.
